Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Setup and Implementation Fees

All setup and implementation fees paid to Karpa Health are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, co-branded setup fees, full clinic implementation fees, and any onboarding fees.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that setup fees are non-refundable except in the case of a billing error as described in Section 4.

2. Subscription and Platform Fees

Monthly platform fees are billed in advance. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your paid period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Karpa Health at [email protected] or by calling (813) 590-4462.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation does not relieve you of any fees already due or incurred prior to the cancellation date.

4. Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error or received a duplicate charge, reach out to [email protected] within 30 days and we'll make it right.

5. Shipping Policy

Karpa Health does not sell, ship, dispense, or fulfill physical products or medications. Karpa is a telehealth infrastructure and software platform only.

Any medications, supplies, or other physical items are fulfilled directly by independent licensed pharmacy partners or third-party vendors. Shipping timelines, costs, and policies are determined by those partners and are outside of Karpa Health's control.
