Why We Started Karpa
We kept hearing the same story from physicians: they wanted to offer peptide therapy, GLP-1 weight loss, or TRT programs, but the setup was overwhelming. They needed a separate intake system, a compounding pharmacy relationship, compliance guidance, billing tools, and a patient communication platform, all from different vendors.
So we built Karpa to replace that patchwork. One platform that handles the entire patient journey from intake to pharmacy fulfillment, with AI-powered clinical review in between. The physician's only job is the clinical decision. Everything else is handled.

Aly believes clinics deserve enterprise-grade software without the enterprise complexity. He built every layer of the Karpa platform to be secure, scalable, and simple enough that a provider can go live without touching a line of code. Previously, he held engineering roles at Microsoft and Apple.
