Affiliate is free. White-Label Clinic and Full Clinic Build-Out both start at $297/mo, with medication, pharmacy, and labs passed through at cost and no revenue share. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
Do I need a medical license?
No. Independent licensed providers in Karpa's 50-state network cover the clinical side at every tier. You do not need a medical license to earn commissions, run a white-label clinic, or operate a full clinic on the platform.
Who is the white-label program designed for?
Gyms, personal trainers, fitness coaches, influencers, and wellness brands who have an engaged audience but don't want to run a clinic. If your audience trusts your recommendations on health and performance, a white-label clinic lets you monetize that trust with a credible, medically managed program.
How does partner compensation work?

Affiliates refer patients to a Karpa partner's clinic and earn recurring payouts from eligible membership revenue. It is free to apply and needs no medical license or clinic of your own.
What happens to my partner history when I upgrade?
Your earnings history, audience data, and partner standing all carry forward. Graduating tiers is an upgrade, not a reset.
