Partners own the brand and the patient relationship and are the merchant of record; Karpa supplies the software, access to a 50-state network of independent licensed providers, pharmacy, labs, and compliance support behind it. Karpa Health is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or prescriber: independent licensed providers make all clinical decisions. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract and no revenue share. Karpa sells one clinic offering, the **Full Clinic**: your own telehealth clinic on your own domain and brand, where you set your pricing, own the patient relationship, and keep the revenue. It comes in three plans, **Launch, Growth, and Scale**, which scale programs, patient capacity, and support. Partners graduate from Launch to Growth to Scale as they grow, with no fee to upgrade. Not ready to run a clinic?
