# Partner Plans and Business Model

Karpa Health sells one clinic offering, the Full Clinic, in three plans: Launch, Growth, and Scale. All plans run on the same infrastructure. People who aren't ready to run a clinic can start as an affiliate for a Karpa partner clinic. Partners graduate from affiliate to their own clinic, and from Launch to Growth to Scale, as their business grows — audience data, revenue history, and brand all carry forward.

Launch is $297/mo plus a one-time implementation fee. Growth and Scale are shared on a call; book at karpahealth.com/book to confirm the plan that fits you and to run your revenue numbers.

## Full Clinic

Your own telehealth clinic on your own domain and brand.

- **How it works:** Fully white-label clinic on the partner's own domain. Partner controls their own pricing, owns the patient relationship, and keeps all revenue above pass-through pharmacy and provider costs. No revenue share.
- **API access (every plan):** Yes. CRM integration including GoHighLevel, CRM connections via API or webhooks, and API access for marketing integrations and custom endpoints, plus the partner's own branded affiliate/referral program powered by GoAffPro and patient-facing promo codes
- **Karpa handles:** Platform, access to a network of independent licensed providers, pharmacy integrations, compliance infrastructure
- **Partner handles:** Marketing, patient acquisition, pricing strategy, brand
- **Who it's for:** Entrepreneurs, gyms, creators, and wellness businesses building a telehealth brand, or clinicians wanting to operate a multi-state program
- **Medical license required:** No — Karpa's 50-state network of independent licensed providers prescribes for every partner. Partners cannot prescribe through their own providers today

### Launch ($297/mo plus a one-time implementation fee)

Validate demand before you grow. 3 programs, up to 50 active patients per month, branded website + patient portal, 5 preset lab panels.

### Growth

Grow your patient base without a ceiling. Everything in Launch, plus 6 programs, unlimited active patients, and custom lab panels.

### Scale

Full catalog, dedicated support, first access to new programs. Everything in Growth, plus every program and branded at-home lab testing (coming soon).

## Affiliate (Free)

For people who want to earn from their audience before running a clinic of their own. No setup fee, no monthly fee.

- **How it works:** The affiliate applies to refer patients to a Karpa partner's clinic and receives a unique referral link. Every patient who enrolls through the link earns the affiliate a recurring payout.
- **Who handles patient care:** The partner clinic, on Karpa's platform: intake, pharmacy fulfillment, compliance, patient communications, and payments. Independent licensed providers make all prescribing decisions
- **Who it's for:** Influencers, coaches, gym owners, or wellness professionals who want to earn from their audience without running a clinic
- **Medical license required:** No

## Graduation Path

Partners move up as their business grows. No lock-in at any stage.

1. **Affiliate:** refer patients to a Karpa partner clinic and prove demand with your audience
2. **Launch:** open your own clinic on your own domain and brand
3. **Growth and Scale:** unlimited patients, more programs, then the full catalog. No fee to upgrade.

When graduating:
- Audience data carries forward
- Revenue history carries forward
- Brand and patient relationships carry forward

**Speed to launch:** About 7 days if the partner already has its own website and LegitScript certification. If Karpa builds the website, plan on about 30 days: about 2 weeks for the site, then LegitScript approval, typically 14–21 days with Karpa (5 days at fastest). Full Clinic partners use their own payment processor.
