Partners -- gyms, med spas, chiropractic and wellness clinics, and health practitioners -- sell cash-pay GLP-1 and peptide programs under their own brand while Asher supplies the physician network, the 503A compounding pharmacy relationship, labs, supplements, and a patient portal. Asher describes itself as a software company that does not provide medical care, does not employ medical staff, and does not collect patient payments; the partner sets retail pricing, collects payment directly, and keeps the spread.
